The TheraOffice Auto Task Engine can automatically search for patients

The Auto Task Engine is a great way to see which tasks need to be completed for
each patient. Choose from a variety of tasks to help remind you of things like,
a progress note needs to completed for a patient after a certain amount of days,
or that a prescription is about to expire. These tasks are integrated with the clinic
navigator, so they’re easy to see and keep track of what has been completed. You
can even create a task macro that will allow you to easily set the same set of tasks
for every patient.
Task Macros:
Task Macros can be customized to create a group of tasks for a patient quickly and
easily. Groups of tasks can be created for a specific insurance, provider, facility,
etc. By customizing the task criteria you can then save that macro to be loaded
for other patients simply by clicking on the name of the saved macro.
